Factory HR Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Factory HR Coordinator to manage daily HR operations in our manufacturing environment. The role supports attendance, payroll, onboarding, and compliance for a large workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily attendance, leave records, overtime, and shift schedules.
• Coordinate payroll inputs and ensure accurate submission of attendance and overtime data.
• Maintain employee files and HR records in line with company policies.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and induction of new hires.
• Handle employee documentation, contract renewals, and HR correspondence.
• Generate HR reports on manpower, attendance, leave, turnover, and payroll.
• Liaise with production and department managers on workforce needs.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labour law, company policies, and safety regulations.
• Assist internal and external audits by maintaining proper HR documentation.
• Implement HR policies and procedures across factory operations.
• Maintain HR data in ERP/HRMS systems and ensure data accuracy.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• 3–5 years of HR experience in a factory or manufacturing setting.
• Experience in attendance and payroll coordination.
• Knowledge of UAE Labour Law.
• ERP/HRMS experience (e.g., Oracle, SAP).
• Strong Excel and communication skills.
