About the role

We are seeking an experienced Factory Incharge to lead daily operations in our Dubai manufacturing facility. The role involves overseeing production planning, quality control, and workforce management to ensure efficient and timely delivery of projects.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all factory operations, ensuring smooth workflow.
• Plan and control production schedules to meet delivery timelines.
• Optimize utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials.
• Implement and maintain strict quality control standards.
• Conduct regular inspections to verify workmanship meets specifications.
• Coordinate with project, design, and procurement teams.
• Improve production efficiency and optimize processes.
• Maintain health and safety standards within the factory.
• Oversee machinery maintenance and operational efficiency.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of experience in factory operations.
• Proven experience in factory management or senior supervisory roles.
• Strong technical knowledge of materials, machinery, and production processes.
• Solid experience in quality control and assurance.
• Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet strict deadlines.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Proficiency with standard computer applications for reporting and coordination.
