Family Medicine Physician – Outpatient Primary Care in Dubai

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Family Medicine Physician to join our multidisciplinary outpatient department in a JCI‑accredited, multispecialty hospital in Dubai. The role focuses on delivering comprehensive, patient‑centred primary care to individuals and families across all ages, supported by advanced diagnostics and specialist referral pathways.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary healthcare services, including preventive care, acute and chronic disease management.
• Conduct thorough clinical assessments, examinations and diagnostic evaluations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and ensure appropriate follow‑up.
• Coordinate referrals to specialists and allied health professionals and monitor outcomes.
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records in line with regulatory standards.
• Participate in clinical governance, quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.

Required profile

• Board‑certified or specialist qualification in Family Medicine (e.g., ABFM, UK CCT/MRCGP, European Board, Royal College, Arab Board, etc.).
• Minimum 3 years of post‑qualification experience in primary care or family medicine.
• Eligibility for DHA/DOH/MOH licensing in the UAE.
• Strong commitment to evidence‑based practice and patient education.

• Proficiency in using electronic medical record systems.
