About the role
As a Fashion Consultant for Michael Kors at Dubai Mall, you will drive both individual and team sales while delivering an exceptional guest experience. You will support the rollout of CRM, CX and other customer‑focused initiatives in‑store and work within an omni‑channel environment.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve personal and collective sales targets.
- Collect and analyse data on customer behaviour, top sellers and slow movers for business reviews.
- Develop client relationships using an omni‑channel approach.
- Provide pre‑buying product feedback and promote the loyalty programme (MUSE).
- Ensure visual‑merchandising standards and SOP compliance.
- Manage click‑and‑collect orders within agreed SLAs.
- Capture customer data in line with marketing requirements.
- Support in‑store marketing events, activations and CX initiatives.
