Fashion Marketing Manager - Middle East

About the role

Chanel is looking for a Fashion Marketing Manager (ME) in Dubai to lead client marketing strategy across the Middle East region's boutiques. Reporting to the Fashion Director, you work closely with boutiques and with the Fashion Europe Marketing Team to turn strategy into operational actions, support partner boutiques and manage a team of two people.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the marketing strategy for the Middle East, working with boutique directors to define client engagement and development strategies for each boutique
• Plan and monitor the marketing budget in line with budget guidelines
• Implement client services in-store and build a clienteling culture, setting clienteling objectives per boutique and managing service measurement programs (Pulse Index, Voice of Client surveys)
• Deploy client data projects and tools (Pioneer, Carat) and new digital tools (Waitwhile, inchanel) and develop client treatment and gifting strategies
• Improve hospitality standards and prevent parallel market activity with key local contacts
• Develop the event plan for the region, manage in-store and out-of-store events, and coordinate with PR and media departments
• Define the top client strategy across touchpoints and expand the pool of top clients
• Animate the marketing community and take part in Fashion team projects

Required profile

• Strong marketing experience (minimum 5 years, preferably within luxury brands); knowledge of the luxury retail environment is a plus
• Leadership skills and ability to collaborate with local, regional and global teams
• Strategic planning and execution, analytical mindset and strong communication skills
