Omnichannel Project Manager - 1 Year Mission

About the role

CHANEL is looking for an Omnichannel Project Manager for a 1-year mission in Dubai, within its Client Engagement & Digital team. The role coordinates and delivers key strategic digital initiatives in the Middle East, at the intersection of business, digital, retail and operations, and accelerates the digital transformation of CHANEL Middle East.

Key responsibilities

• Support the scoping, development, launch and continuous improvement of omnichannel initiatives across the Chanel Digital Commerce ecosystem, including e-wholesale, Chanel.com, hybrid e-services, loyalty, new client journeys and future channels.
• Coordinate multiple stakeholders within demanding timelines, secure operational readiness and ensure each initiative delivers a seamless client experience and measurable business value.
• Work closely with business units, local experts such as Legal, IT, Media and Europe Digital teams, and external partners.
• Translate business needs into actionable project plans and support initiatives from launch preparation through run-phase optimization.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, digital, e-commerce, retail or consulting.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in business, digital, marketing, engineering or a related field.
• Fluency in English required; proficiency in Arabic and/or French is a plus.
• Preferably based in the UAE.

Required skills

• Strong project management skills, with the ability to structure priorities, coordinate stakeholders and follow through on execution.
• Comfortable working with data, digital platforms and operational processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Analytical approach, able to interpret data and identify opportunities.
