Key responsibilities

• Champion customer service standards in line with Majid Al Futtaim guidelines.
• Understand customer needs, address concerns promptly, and escalate issues when necessary.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through creative selling, up‑selling and cross‑selling.
• Maintain thorough product knowledge to recommend and locate merchandise across Majid Al Futtaim fashion brands.
• Support store standards including cleanliness, tidiness, and stock replenishment.
• Comply with security policies to minimise stock loss.
• Utilise advanced selling techniques to generate high‑value transactions and foster repeat business.

Required profile

• High School Certificate.
• 1‑2 years of experience in retail or fashion industry.
• Good communication skills.
• Excellent customer service orientation.
