About the role

Emaar Hospitality Group is seeking a passionate Food & Beverage Coach to elevate the dining experience across its flagship Address Hotels + Resorts brand. The role focuses on delivering flawless guest journeys, turning every visitor into a loyal fan of the restaurant.

Key responsibilities

Represent the brand throughout the guest lifecycle, ensuring a seamless and memorable dining experience.
Coach and mentor restaurant staff to uphold the highest service standards.
Monitor guest feedback and implement continuous improvement actions.
Collaborate with kitchen and front‑of‑house teams to maintain service excellence.

Required profile

Genuine service personality with high emotional intelligence.
Minimum high school diploma; a degree in Hotel Management is preferred.
At least one year of experience in a similar role within a 5‑star hospitality environment.
Strong command of written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

Excellent guest‑service orientation.
Ability to coach and develop team members.
Effective communication and problem‑solving skills.
