About the role
The Guest Service Expert Apprentice supports the creation of memorable dining experiences for guests at our Garage Services location. You will assist with table setting, communication with the kitchen, guest interaction, and maintaining clean work areas.
Key responsibilities
- Set tables and ensure dining areas are ready for service.
- Communicate orders and special requests to the kitchen.
- Serve guests courteously and respond to their needs.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas and supplies.
- Follow safety procedures, company policies, and quality standards.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Less than 1 year of related work experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
- Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 25 lb unassisted (50 lb with assistance) and perform physical tasks safely.
