About the role
Four Points by Sheraton Bur Dubai is hiring a full-time, non-management F&B Service Expert. The role is about building a memorable guest experience through food and drink service, with the Guest Service Expert taking the initiative to serve guests and keep the area clean.
Key responsibilities
- Serve guests and set tables
- Communicate with the kitchen and interact with guests during meals
- Clean work areas and supplies
- Manage the menu by reading and visually verifying information
- Follow company policies and procedures, uphold quality standards and keep a safe workplace
- Maintain a professional uniform, personal appearance and communication style
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- Less than 1 year of related work experience
- No supervisory experience required
- Ability to stand, sit or walk for long periods and move over uneven or slippery surfaces
- Able to lift and carry objects up to 25 pounds unassisted and 50 pounds with assistance, and to reach overhead and below the knees
