About the role
The Guest Service Expert – Hostess creates memorable dining experiences for guests by delivering attentive food and beverage service. This role combines table setting, guest interaction, and coordination with the kitchen while maintaining a safe and professional work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Set and arrange tables, ensuring proper presentation and cleanliness.
- Communicate orders and special requests accurately with the kitchen staff.
- Interact with guests, take orders, serve food and beverages, and respond to guest needs promptly.
- Maintain work areas and supplies, cleaning and restocking as required.
- Handle menu items, read and verify information, and assist guests with menu questions.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Less than one year of related food and beverage service experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
