About the role
The Guest Service Expert creates memorable dining experiences by delivering attentive service, setting tables, and coordinating with the kitchen. This role involves active interaction with guests and maintaining a clean, safe work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Set tables and ensure proper dining setup.
- Communicate orders and special requests with the kitchen.
- Interact with and serve guests throughout their meal.
- Clean work areas and maintain supplies.
- Read and verify menu information.
- Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, lifting up to 25 lb unassisted and 50 lb with assistance, and reaching overhead or below knee level.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Less than 1 year of related work experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
- No specific license or certification needed.
Required skills
- Ability to work on feet for extended periods and move safely on varied surfaces.
- Physical capability to lift, carry, push, pull and place objects as described.
