About the role
The Guest Service Expert at Ajman Saray, a Luxury Collection Resort, creates memorable dining experiences for guests, handling everything from table setting to serving and maintaining a clean work area.
Key responsibilities
- Set tables, communicate orders to the kitchen, and serve guests efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas and supplies, and ensure uniform and personal appearance meet professional standards.
- Perform physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving objects up to 25 lb unassisted (50 lb with assistance) and navigate varied surfaces safely.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Less than 1 year of related food‑and‑beverage experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
Required skills
- Ability to read and verify menu information.
- Strong communication and guest interaction skills.
