About the role
The Guest Service Expert at the Pool Bar will create memorable dining experiences for guests, ensuring seamless service from setting tables to final bill. This role requires a proactive attitude and a focus on safety, quality, and professional presentation.
Key responsibilities
- Set up and clear tables, maintain clean work areas and supplies.
- Communicate orders with the kitchen and serve guests promptly.
- Interact with guests, answer questions, and ensure a pleasant dining experience.
- Perform physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving items up to 25 lb unaided (50 lb with assistance).
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Less than 1 year of related food‑and‑beverage experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
- Ability to work on feet for extended periods and navigate uneven or slippery surfaces.
