About the role
Join our Italian restaurant team as a Guest Service Expert, delivering memorable dining experiences by combining attentive service with a passion for food and beverage.
Key responsibilities
- Set tables, clean work areas, and manage supplies to maintain a pristine dining environment.
- Communicate orders and special requests with the kitchen staff.
- Interact with guests, take orders, serve meals and drinks, and ensure a smooth dining experience.
- Handle menu reading, verification, and assist guests with menu selections.
- Perform physical tasks such as moving, lifting, and carrying items up to 25 lb unaided (50 lb with assistance) and navigate varied floor surfaces safely.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Less than 1 year of related work experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
- No specific license or certification needed.
