About the role
This position is responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences in a highly empowered environment. You will represent the brand throughout the guest journey, ensuring every visitor leaves as a happy fan of our restaurants.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee all operational tasks in F&B service to meet brand standards and procedures.
- Coach, train, and provide on‑the‑job feedback to team members.
- Analyze operations, allocate resources efficiently, and conduct shift huddles for seamless communication.
- Prevent guest complaints, manage service recovery, and maintain proactive communication with fellow ambassadors.
Required profile
- Genuine service personality with high emotional intelligence.
- Minimum 4 years experience in the hospitality industry.
- At least 2 years in a supervisory F&B role within a 5‑star environment.
- High school diploma required; college degree in Hotel Management or related field preferred.
