About the role
The F&B Support Expert delivers memorable guest experiences by providing attentive food and beverage service. Working on the restaurant floor, you will ensure tables are set, orders are communicated, and service areas remain clean, contributing to a seamless dining experience.
Key responsibilities
- Set up and arrange tables, ensuring proper presentation for guests.
- Communicate guest orders accurately with the kitchen staff.
- Interact with and serve guests, addressing their needs promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas, supplies, and service stations.
- Follow safety, quality, and uniform standards throughout the shift.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Less than 1 year of related food and beverage service experience.
