Female Office Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a qualified Female Office Engineer to support our projects in Dubai. The role involves hands‑on work in project planning, BOQ preparation, budgeting and obtaining project approvals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans, schedules and timelines.
• Prepare, review and manage Bill of Quantities (BOQs).
• Prepare cost estimates, budgets and material requirements.
• Monitor project costs to ensure they stay within approved budgets.
• Coordinate project approvals with consultants, authorities and other parties.
• Prepare and review technical documents, reports, quotations and project documentation.
• Work directly with engineers, contractors, consultants, suppliers and internal teams.
• Track project progress, identify delays and coordinate corrective actions.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• Proven hands‑on experience in project planning and budgeting.
• Strong experience preparing and managing BOQs and cost estimates.
• Experience handling project approvals and coordination.
• Ability to work independently on planning and documentation tasks.
• Excellent communication, coordination and organisational skills.
• Arabic speaking is highly preferred; UAE experience is an advantage.
