Female Sales Manager – Leisure (4‑star Hotel)

About the role

Apt Resources is seeking a dynamic Female Sales Manager (Leisure) to lead sales for a prestigious 4‑star deluxe hotel in Dubai. You will drive leisure revenue, manage a sales team, and build strong relationships with travel agents and corporate clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet leisure sales targets and generate new business.
• Lead and support a team of sales representatives to ensure their success.
• Establish and maintain relationships with leisure travel agents, tour operators, and corporate clients.
• Promote the hotel’s leisure offerings through trade shows, presentations, and familiarisation trips.
• Analyse market trends, competitor activity and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports and budgets to senior management.

Required profile

• Related degree with at least 2 years of similar experience in the UAE hospitality sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proactive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Previous Middle‑East experience and a good command of written and spoken English.
• Understanding of hotel operations, market dynamics and strong relationships with DMCs and international tour operators.
• Based in the UAE; a valid UAE driver’s licence is preferred.
