Female Technician – Maintenance

About the role

We are looking for a Female Technician to join our facilities team at Accor. The role involves maintaining hotel buildings, performing routine painting, plumbing, electrical wiring and other related maintenance activities, and providing friendly, professional service to guests and owners.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect facilities and equipment to ensure compliance with operational standards.
• Schedule and carry out repairs, installations and preventive maintenance for machines, tools and building systems.
• Perform pool and spa maintenance, chiller and generator checks, and energy‑conservation monitoring.
• Execute daily and monthly preventive maintenance (PPM) tasks, including sump pump, booster heaters, PRV, ice‑machine filters and plant‑room inspections.
• Respond immediately to emergency situations such as fire alarms, water flooding or gas alarms.
• Maintain accurate logs for master cards, keys, mobile devices, vacuum machines and ladders.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed and report any hazards or equipment misuse.

Required profile

• Highly responsible, reliable and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Previous experience in painting, plumbing, electrical wiring and pool/spa maintenance is an asset.
• Ability to work cohesively within a team and provide excellent customer service.
• Good communication skills and proficiency in English (additional language a plus).
• Physically capable of standing and walking throughout the shift and using PPE.
