Female Waitresses - Café & Restaurant Hospitality

About the role

A hospitality client in Al Ain, UAE, is urgently hiring 5-6 female waitresses for its café and restaurant. The company offers accommodation, transportation and a sponsored employment visa, and accepts applications from candidates living inside or outside the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and provide attentive, professional customer service.
• Present menus, explain food and beverage offerings and help guests choose.
• Take and communicate customer orders accurately.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently while keeping high hospitality standards.
• Maintain clean, organised and attractive dining areas.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams and respond to guest feedback and special requests.
• Follow service procedures, hygiene standards and company policies.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a waitress, server or in a similar café, restaurant or hospitality role.
• Fluent or proficient spoken English.
• Well-groomed, elegant and professionally presented; friendly, cheerful and polite.
• Attentive to detail, quick learner and able to stay calm and organised during busy service.
• Willing to work the two shifts (8:00 AM to 12:00 AM) and follow assigned schedules.
• Preferred nationalities: Latvian, Estonian or Lithuanian (subject to recruitment regulations).
