Waitress - Hospitality (Al Ain)

About the role

Reap HR is recruiting 5 female waitresses for a hospitality client in Al Ain, UAE. The position is full-time, on a 2-year contract, with a monthly salary of AED 2,000-3,000. No previous experience is required; training is provided and deployment is expected as soon as possible.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and help them with seating.
• Present menus and take food and beverage orders accurately.
• Serve food and drinks professionally and efficiently.
• Respond politely to customer requests and maintain clean tables.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely order delivery.
• Follow hygiene, grooming and food safety standards.
• Help with opening and closing duties and attend company training.

Required profile

• No previous hospitality or restaurant experience needed.
• Willingness to undergo training and to work the 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM shift.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills; basic English preferred.
• Friendly, polite and able to work in a team.
