Field Sales Agent

About the role

The Field Sales Agent will strengthen Cosmic Doctor’s presence in pharmacies and supermarkets, driving sales and brand visibility across the assigned territory.

Key responsibilities

• Execute field sales strategies to meet daily, weekly and monthly targets.
• Identify and approach new sales opportunities in pharmacies and supermarkets.
• Negotiate shelf space, promotional activities and in‑store marketing.
• Ensure product placement, merchandising and stock levels are aligned with brand guidelines.
• Audit retail displays, monitor pricing and promotional material.
• Submit daily reports and field feedback via the designated CRM.
• Act as brand ambassador, educate staff and consumers, and conduct sampling and demos.
• Gather market insights and support marketing‑led campaigns and product rollouts.

Required profile

• High school diploma; Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business or related field preferred.
• Valid UAE driver’s license.
• 3‑5 years of field sales experience, preferably in pharmacies or FMCG.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and able to travel daily across the territory.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation and organizational skills.
