Field Sales Executive – Dubai

About the role

Burjline Builders, a Dubai‑based trading and distribution company, is looking for a motivated Field Sales Executive to drive business growth. You will actively seek new client opportunities, build lasting relationships, and help expand the company’s market presence across diverse product categories.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and site visits.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Present, promote, and sell a wide range of products, highlighting features and benefits.
• Conduct face‑to‑face meetings to understand client needs and propose tailored solutions.
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximise revenue and profitability.
• Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
• Prepare and deliver regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from sale to delivery.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Field Sales Executive or similar B2B sales role, preferably in the UAE trading or distribution sector.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and proactive.
• Fluent in English; Arabic knowledge is a strong advantage.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM software.
• Proficiency with the MS Office Suite.
