About the role

PIXELS ADVERTISEMENT is seeking a proactive Field Sales Executive to drive lead generation, build client relationships, and expand market presence in Ajman. The role involves direct interaction with customers across advertising, LED, and building materials sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and generate new sales leads through networking and market research.
• Develop and present proposals and pricing tailored to client needs.
• Maintain and grow client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction.
• Conduct market research to stay informed about local competitors and industry trends.
• Track sales goals, close deals, and report performance metrics.

Required profile

• Fluent in English; Hindi is an advantage.
• Valid UAE driving license.
• Experience in advertising, LED, or building materials industries.
• Strong communication, active listening, and people skills.
• Self‑motivated, resilient, and able to work independently without direct supervision.
