Field Sales Representative – Cars

About the role

Join the Cars vertical of dubizzle as a Field Sales Representative, meeting buyers and sellers across Dubai to drive revenue through vehicle sales. You will act as the bridge between the company and clients, ensuring a smooth sales process from initial contact to vehicle transfer.

Key responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with sellers and buyers, presenting car features and conducting test‑drives during field viewings.
• Collaborate with finance, insurance and transfer teams to ensure successful vehicle hand‑over.
• Identify customer needs, provide recommendations, and follow up to improve closing ratios.
• Explain inspection reports, vehicle condition, service history, warranty and share reports with buyers.
• Update viewings and comments accurately in the system.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience as a field representative or account manager in the UAE, preferably in the motors industry.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong closing ability, customer‑service orientation and a proactive work ethic.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently.
• Valid UAE driver’s licence and willingness to travel for client meetings.

Required skills

• Experience using CRM software (Salesforce preferred).
• Proficiency with Salesforce.
