Field Service Engineer – 9‑Month Fixed‑Term

About the role
Join Rotork’s Field Service team on a 9‑month fixed‑term contract, providing prompt and effective service to customers in water, power, petrochemical, oil & gas and related industries across the UAE.
Key responsibilities
- Identify faults, repair, test and modify actuators on site.
- Perform planned and preventative maintenance, and install mechanical and electrical actuator components, including retrofits.
- Produce accurate technical site visit reports for each job.
Required profile
- Degree or diploma in Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Post‑study practical engineering experience, preferably field‑based.
- Willingness to travel extensively and hold a full valid driver’s licence.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Knowledge of valves, actuators and digital control systems.
- Understanding of basic electronics, electrical and fluid power theory.
- Ability to read electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic schematics and use test/calibration tools.
