Field Service Technician II

About the role

TechnipFMC is seeking a Field Service Technician II to execute installation, testing, repair and maintenance of equipment onshore and offshore. The role involves preparing jobs, documenting work and ensuring safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and verify that all equipment, tools, spare parts and backups are on site and functional before each job.
• Accurately complete field service reports, job logs and non‑conformance documentation with part numbers, serial numbers and measurements.
• Maintain high‑level communication with internal and external stakeholders regarding procedures, parts requirements and critical measurements.
• Drive company‑provided service vehicle and adhere to all driving rules and safety regulations.
• Execute national and international service jobs, provide sales support and act as a professional representative of TechnipFMC.
• Complete safety documentation, promote safe work practices and uphold the Quality Management System.

Required profile

• High school diploma or technical apprenticeship; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1.5–3 years of surface pressure control experience and 3–6 years of oil‑and‑gas experience, or equivalent professional work history.
• Safety certifications such as T‑BOSIET, H2S, ADNOC Safety Inductions and CPR.
• Professional level English; Arabic is a plus.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of electrical, subsea, hydraulics, mechanical equipment and structural steel.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Proficiency with technical tools, instruments, MS Office, job ticketing platforms and engineering tools.
