Finance and Operations Analyst

About the role

The Centre for Finance, Technology and Entrepreneurship (CFTE) is expanding rapidly in the Gulf and needs a Finance and Operations Analyst to support its growth in Abu Dhabi. You will be one of the first hires in the region, playing a key role in keeping the financial infrastructure accurate and efficient while driving operational improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Own accounts receivable and payable, follow up on payments, manage invoices and maintain up‑to‑date financial records.
• Produce financial reports, forecasts and projections for senior leadership.
• Manage financial documentation such as contracts, purchase orders and expense records with high attention to detail.
• Identify broken or missing processes, design better workflows and implement them.
• Develop operational workflows that reduce manual effort and increase speed.
• Research, test and deploy AI tools to automate repetitive tasks and improve output quality.
