Revenue & Cost Analytics Manager

About the role

INSEAD’s Executive Education department is looking for a Revenue & Cost Analytics Manager to provide advanced financial, commercial and operational analysis that supports strategic decisions across revenue, cost, margin and programme economics. The role is based at the Middle East Campus in Abu Dhabi and follows a hybrid working model (3 days on‑site, 2 days remote).

Key responsibilities

• Translate ambiguous management questions into structured analytical approaches, models, scenarios and recommendations for leadership.
• Develop programme‑level analysis of revenue, cost, contribution and margin, identifying drivers of profitability and cost pressure.
• Support forecasting and scenario modelling by building and maintaining cost‑envelope models and standard cost assumptions.
• Analyse order‑to‑cash performance, revenue leakage, scheduling demand and resource utilisation to improve operational planning.
• Automate recurring data preparation, reconciliation, modelling, dashboards and management reporting while establishing analytical controls.
• Collaborate with Data, IT, Finance and operational teams to improve data quality and reporting efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, Statistics, Data Analytics or a related quantitative field; postgraduate qualification advantageous.
• 7–10 years of experience in commercial analytics, revenue operations, financial analysis or business intelligence.
• Proven experience developing revenue, cost, margin and forecasting models and translating complex business questions into actionable insights.
