About the role
The Finance Business Analyst will support strategic decision‑making by delivering regular market and performance updates, building reporting tools, and collaborating closely with senior planning leadership. This role is essential for monitoring financial health and driving continuous improvement across the region.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly updates on market strategy and company goals.
- Develop KPIs and interactive dashboards to track performance and identify cost‑efficiency opportunities.
- Partner with the Head of Business Planning to manage program budgets, forecasting and variance analysis.
- Analyse divisional performance against agreed indicators and recommend corrective strategies.
- Provide day‑to‑day operational analysis and long‑term business planning insights for critical decisions.
Required profile
- Degree in Finance, Economics or Mathematics.
- 3‑5 years of experience in business analysis or strategy roles.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel.
