Finance Business Partner Manager

About the role

The Finance Business Partner Manager will support the Head of Finance, the VP of Financial Planning & Strategy and senior business stakeholders by delivering high‑quality financial analysis, reporting and insight. The role drives informed decision‑making, challenges assumptions and seeks continuous financial improvement across the portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business area leaders to cascade financial priorities, plan actions and ensure implementation.
• Support and challenge business areas on the financial impact of strategic options, preparing and validating business cases.
• Review and guide financial evaluation of supplier bids before submission to the Investment Committee.
• Articulate recommendations with clear finance rationale and drive profitability initiatives.
• Respond to day‑to‑day queries such as cost‑center mapping, budget adjustments and quick reports.
• Connect business units with relevant Finance functions (procurement, accounts payable, etc.).
• Collaborate with other Finance departments to understand and improve finance operations, governance, processes and tools.

Required profile

• Proven ability to work independently and autonomously with senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical mindset with deep understanding of cost and revenue drivers.
• Experience in financial planning, budgeting and business case development.
• Excellent communication skills to influence and build trust‑based relationships.
