Finance Controller – GBS & Global Information Security

About the role

Terumo is seeking a Finance Controller to support its Global Business Services (GBS) and Global Information Security functions. Operating in a highly collaborative, international environment, you will partner with senior leaders, regional finance teams, Tax, Legal, and Corporate Finance to enhance financial transparency and governance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and continuously improve global cost allocation methodologies for GBS and Information Security, ensuring compliance with transfer pricing and tax regulations.
• Collaborate with Tax, Legal, Corporate Finance, and local finance teams to validate allocation frameworks.
• Lead the annual budgeting process and coordinate monthly/quarterly forecasting cycles, providing insights on variances, risks, and opportunities.
• Create multi‑year financial plans that align with strategic initiatives and long‑term objectives.
• Act as a trusted business partner to senior leadership, delivering actionable financial insights to support investment decisions and operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Proven experience in finance controlling, cost allocation, budgeting, and forecasting within a global organization.
• Strong understanding of transfer pricing principles and tax compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
• Ability to work with senior stakeholders and influence financial decision‑making.
