Finance Director – Food & Beverage Services

About the role

We are seeking a Finance Director to lead financial strategy for a well‑established Food & Beverage and Hospitality organization in Dubai. The role will drive performance improvement, restore profitability and embed innovative AI‑enabled finance solutions across a multi‑business operation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end financial strategy, planning, budgeting and forecasting.
• Identify, source and implement AI and automation tools to enhance reporting efficiency.
• Analyse and restructure balance‑sheet, working capital and overall financial performance.
• Provide actionable insights from P&L, balance sheet and cash‑flow analysis for strategic decisions.
• Design and execute cost‑optimisation and revenue‑enhancement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, UAE VAT, corporate tax and other regulations.
• Partner with operations, commercial and procurement teams to embed financial discipline.
• Build, lead and mentor a high‑performing finance team.
• Manage relationships with banks, auditors and key financial stakeholders.

Required profile

• ACA, ACCA, CPA or CMA qualification (mandatory); MBA or relevant postgraduate degree is a plus.
• 8‑10+ years of progressive finance management experience, including senior leadership.
• Strong background in Food Services, Food & Beverage or Hospitality.
• Proven track record of financial turn‑around, restructuring or profitability improvement.
• Hands‑on experience with operational P&Ls, cost analysis, budgeting and margin improvement.
• Experience liaising with banks and auditors.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of IFRS and UAE financial regulations.
• Experience applying AI or automated technologies to finance processes.

• Competitive all‑inclusive salary of 35,000‑40,000 AED per month.
