Finance Director

About the role

The Finance Director will lead the finance and accounting function, steering the financial direction of the business and ensuring robust financial planning, reporting and control across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the financial health and stability of the company and oversee all accounting processes in line with corporate standards and local statutory requirements.
• Develop and manage annual budgets, periodic forecasts and financial analyses to support management decisions.
• Ensure timely preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements for the group and its subsidiaries in compliance with IFRS.
• Lead consolidation of group IFRS reporting packs and coordinate with auditors on consolidation audits.
• Oversee cash‑flow management, working capital requirements and debt recovery processes.
• Ensure compliance with local tax laws, transfer pricing regulations and other applicable regulations.
• Identify and implement opportunities to optimise financial and accounting operations, including automation and system enhancements.
• Provide financial and tax consultancy for new projects, establish new entities and review contracts in liaison with legal and audit teams.
• Drive implementation of new finance tools such as business intelligence and payroll systems.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in senior finance leadership roles, preferably within a multi‑entity environment.
• Strong understanding of IFRS, tax compliance, audit processes and financial reporting standards.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage complex financial projects.
