Finance Executive

About the role

Luxe Tribes, a fast‑growing luxury travel group, is looking for a detail‑oriented Finance Executive to strengthen its finance function across multiple entities. You will manage day‑to‑day accounting, support month‑end close, and ensure accurate reporting in a dynamic, multi‑currency environment.

Key responsibilities

• Record daily transactions and maintain the General Ledger in QuickBooks.
• Process journal entries, accruals, pre‑payments and adjustments.
• Perform bank, credit‑card and payment‑gateway reconciliations (Mercury, Stripe, PayPal).
• Handle accounts payable and receivable, including supplier invoicing and customer receipt follow‑up.
• Administer QuickBooks, support user queries and contribute to system enhancements.
• Prepare routine financial reports, supporting schedules and management presentations for the Group Financial Controller.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, maintain audit‑ready records and assist in implementing internal controls.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or related field.
• 4–6 years of accounting experience, preferably in travel or tourism.
• Hands‑on experience with QuickBooks, including participation in an implementation or migration.
• Strong analytical abilities, high accuracy and ability to work at pace across multiple entities and currencies.
