Finance Intern (up to 6 months)

About the role

Metito Utilities is seeking a motivated recent finance graduate to join the team as a Finance Intern for up to six months. This role offers hands‑on experience across finance and treasury functions in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day finance and accounting tasks such as data entry, reconciliations and invoice processing.
• Assist with treasury activities including bank reconciliations, cash‑position tracking and payment processing support.
• Help monitor cash flow, support cash‑forecasting and assist with liquidity reporting.
• Participate in month‑end close activities and help prepare financial reports, spreadsheets and presentations.
• Conduct research and analysis to support the finance team and contribute to ad‑hoc projects.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or final‑year student in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
• Previous internship experience in finance, accounting or a related area is preferred.
• Involvement in academic projects, extracurricular initiatives or volunteering during studies.
• Detail‑oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Available to commit to the internship for up to six months.
• Holder of a valid UAE visa with NOC from sponsor.

Required skills

• Strong proficiency in Excel.
• Familiarity with financial or treasury systems (a plus).
