Finance Internship – Purchasing Team, Dubai

About the role
You will join the Purchasing team at the MEA Regional Office in Dubai, supporting finance operations for a global leader in propulsion and decarbonisation solutions. This internship offers hands‑on experience in accounts payable, VAT processing and reporting within a multinational environment.
Key responsibilities
- Support AP posting, reconciliation and related processes.
- Run checks to ensure defined processes are followed within and outside the ERP system.
- Assist in the creation of monthly VAT files and returns.
- Ensure timely receipt of incoming invoices and perform regular follow‑ups.
- Create ad‑hoc reports as required.
- Participate in stock counts.
Required profile
- Very good oral and written communication skills in English.
- Business degree or recent graduate, preferably with an Accounting major.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Willingness to learn new topics and work as a team player.
- Good understanding of diverse accounting topics.
