Finance Manager – Arabic Speaking Required

About the role

The Finance Manager will lead the financial operations of Dr. Scent in Sharjah, ensuring accurate reporting, robust cash‑flow management, and compliance with UAE regulations. The role requires Arabic fluency to interact with local stakeholders and support strategic decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Manage monthly and annual financial closing, prepare statements and management reports in line with IFRS.
• Develop the annual budget, financial forecasts and monitor variances against targets.
• Prepare weekly and monthly cash‑flow forecasts, oversee banking transactions and control petty cash.
• Monitor receivables, credit limits and supplier payments, ensuring adherence to authorization processes.
• Review inventory valuation, costing and participate in stock counts.
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT and Corporate Tax, file returns and coordinate audits.
• Develop finance policies, internal controls and maintain ERP access rights.
• Provide profitability, pricing and margin analysis to support management decisions.
• Lead, train and supervise the finance team to meet reporting deadlines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field; CMA, ACCA or CPA preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of finance experience, including managerial responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, UAE VAT and Corporate Tax regulations.
• Proven experience in budgeting, financial reporting and cash‑flow management.
• Hands‑on experience with ERP systems and inventory costing in manufacturing or trading environments.
