Finance Manager - Arabic Speaking Required

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead our finance function in Sharjah. The role requires strong Arabic communication skills and will support senior management with accurate financial information and strategic analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee monthly and annual financial closing, prepare financial statements and management reports, and ensure compliance with IFRS.
• Develop the annual budget, financial forecasts, monitor actual performance against budget, and analyse variances.
• Prepare weekly and monthly cash‑flow forecasts, manage bank balances, collections, payments and funding requirements.
• Monitor customer balances, credit limits, overdue invoices and coordinate with sales and collection teams.
• Review inventory valuation, landed cost, product costing and support stock counts and investigations.
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT and Corporate Tax, prepare tax returns and coordinate external audits.
• Develop and maintain finance policies, internal controls, segregation of duties and ERP access rights.
• Provide profitability, pricing, cost and margin analysis to support management decisions.
• Lead, coach and evaluate the finance team, ensuring timely reporting and payment deadlines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field; CMA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of finance experience, including managerial responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, budgeting and financial reporting.
• Experience with ERP systems and inventory costing in manufacturing or trading environments.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities.
