Finance Manager – FP&A (Dubai)

About the role

We are seeking a Finance Manager – FP&A to join our Finance team in Jebel Ali, Dubai. The role will support the business through robust financial planning, management reporting, budgeting, forecasting and commercial analysis, working closely with Operations, Sales, HR and senior management.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and circulate monthly MIS, financial reports and management packs, highlighting performance, trends and variances.
• Develop financial and MIS models for cost‑neutral pricing, intercompany rates, customer profitability and third‑party analysis.
• Support feasibility studies, business cases and financial evaluations for expansion projects and commercial initiatives.
• Monitor operational and financial KPIs, identify anomalies and provide analysis for corrective actions.
• Prepare CAPEX and AFE requests in line with group policies.
• Review contracts, SLAs, customer profitability and variance analysis to improve profitability.
• Guide teams on VAT and tax compliance across sales and purchase transactions.
• Maintain tax records, support quarterly and annual returns, assist with audits and provide VAT training.
• Coordinate accounting, regulatory, VAT, tax, audit and annual return requirements across UAE, KSA and Oman.
• Produce ad‑hoc analysis, reports and presentations for management.

Required profile

• Chartered Accountant qualification or equivalent finance qualification.
• 5‑8 years of finance experience, including at least 3 years in commercial finance or operational support.
• Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, MIS reporting, variance analysis and business performance reviews.
• Strong understanding of VAT, tax compliance, audit support and financial governance.
