Finance Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to lead our financial operations within a logistics and transportation environment. The role will drive budgeting, reporting, cash‑flow management and compliance while providing strategic financial insights to support business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all finance and accounting functions, including month‑end close and preparation of financial statements.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual management reports for senior leadership.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital and banking relationships.
• Develop and oversee annual budgets, forecasts and long‑term financial planning.
• Analyse transportation, fleet, warehousing and operational costs to improve profitability.
• Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, VAT and statutory reporting requirements.
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll and general ledger activities.
• Coordinate with external auditors, banks and regulatory authorities.
• Implement financial controls, policies and procedures to safeguard assets.
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations for strategic decision‑making.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• Professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, CMA or CA preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of finance experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Experience in logistics, transportation, freight forwarding, supply chain or fleet management is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and cash‑flow management.
• Excellent leadership, analytical and communication skills.
