Finance Manager

About the role

Giftery.pro is a fast‑growing digital commerce company selling gift cards, game keys and other digital products. As the business scales, it needs a hands‑on Finance Manager to own the finance function, streamline processes and eventually step into a CFO‑level leadership role.

Key responsibilities

• Manage supplier payments, accounts payable and multi‑currency transactions.
• Reconcile sales, payment‑gateway data, bank accounts and marketplace settlements.
• Monitor cash flow, treasury activities and working capital.
• Prepare management reports on revenue, profitability, cash flow and overall financial performance.
• Oversee bookkeeping, month‑end close and enforce financial controls.
• Analyse profitability by product, supplier, marketplace and payment method.
• Improve, automate and scale finance processes and reporting.

Required profile

• Background in Finance Operations, Accounting, FP&A, Treasury or Financial Control.
• Experience with multi‑currency transactions and financial reconciliations.
• Strong understanding of payment gateways, settlements, refunds and chargebacks.
• Advanced analytical, problem‑solving and organisational abilities.
• Commercial mindset with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
