Finance Manager

About the role

The Finance Manager will safeguard the financial health of the organization, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards while supporting growth initiatives. This role involves strategic financial planning, risk assessment, and close collaboration with multiple departments.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily finance operations: accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and billing.
• Develop and enforce financial policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with department heads to optimise resource allocation.
• Evaluate financial risks and propose mitigation strategies.
• Oversee cash‑flow management, including petty cash and liquidity optimisation.
• Prepare monthly and annual financial statements and reports.
• Analyse financial data to identify trends, variances, and improvement opportunities.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and VAT return filings in line with UAE regulations.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure KYC and labour law compliance.

Required profile

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field (MBA preferred).
• Professional accounting qualification such as ACCA, CPA, CMA or CA is a plus.
• Minimum 8 years of experience as a Finance Manager or in a similar financial planning and analysis role, preferably within the healthcare sector in the UAE.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience using Tally and other accounting software.
