Finance Manager

About the role

The Finance Manager will oversee daily accounting operations, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and efficiency of financial processes. This role supports general ledger activities, provides guidance to internal stakeholders, and leads finance and accounting personnel.

Key responsibilities

• Perform financial analysis, reporting, budgeting and forecasting.
• Manage audit compliance, internal controls, and regulatory audit processes.
• Conduct asset and liability reconciliations, working capital and cash‑flow management.
• Oversee general ledger activities, account reconciliations and discrepancy resolution.
• Lead and supervise finance and accounting staff, including cost control, credit management and accounts payable.
• Implement best practices to improve financial performance and operational effectiveness.

Required profile

• 4‑year bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• Relevant work experience in finance/accounting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to lead and influence teams.
• Demonstrated integrity, honesty and ability to make sound financial decisions.
• Experience managing audit processes and ensuring compliance with policies.
