Finance Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to lead the finance and accounting functions of our diversified Group of Companies in Abu Dhabi. Reporting directly to the Group CFO, you will be responsible for day‑to‑day financial operations, strategic financial planning and ensuring compliance across multiple entities.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the Group CFO and senior management to implement the Group’s financial strategy and provide commercial insights.
• Prepare and maintain financial models, scenario analyses and forecasts to support investment decisions and business case evaluations.
• Lead the annual budgeting process, rolling forecasts and long‑term financial planning, monitoring performance against targets.
• Conduct variance analysis, KPI monitoring and present monthly management reports and dashboards.
• Oversee product, project and operational costing, analyze margins and recommend pricing or cost‑optimization initiatives.
• Supervise the accounting team, ensure timely preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements, and manage month‑end and year‑end close processes.
• Review journal entries, reconciliations, inter‑company transactions and maintain accurate accounting records.
• Manage short‑term and long‑term cash flow, treasury activities and identify financial risks with mitigation measures.

Required profile

• Extensive finance experience in the UAE, preferably within diversified business environments.
• Strong analytical and commercial mindset with proven ability to influence senior decision‑makers.
• Leadership experience managing an accounting team across multiple entities.
• In‑depth knowledge of UAE accounting standards and regulatory compliance.
