Finance Manager

About the role

The Finance Manager will lead the financial support services function, ensuring that all financial procedures across the organisation and its subsidiaries comply with Abu Dhabi regulations and internal policies. This senior role reports directly to the General Manager and works closely with both internal departments and external authorities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, update, and implement financial policies and procedures in line with government regulations.
• Supervise the preparation and monitoring of budgets for the organisation and its subsidiaries.
• Ensure compliance with the Department of Finance – Abu Dhabi standards and internal delegation of authority.
• Oversee periodic financial reporting, identify errors, and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and training of financial staff.
• Maintain regular communication with the Abu Dhabi Accountability Authority and other external entities.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience in finance, accounting, or related fields.
• Proven ability to manage financial teams and drive compliance initiatives.
• Strong understanding of Abu Dhabi financial regulations and government policies.
• Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
