Finance Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Finance Manager to lead and support all finance and procurement activities for Veolia in Abu Dhabi. The role ensures sound financial management, compliance with company policies, and contributes to the achievement of business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, manage and support finance and procurement functions in line with company policies and the Integrated Management System.
• Prepare and present monthly financial performance reports for management decision‑making.
• Coordinate the annual budgeting process and quarterly forecasts, providing analysis and advice.
• Issue internal and external financial statements and reports in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with external auditors and ICV auditors to ensure audit completion within agreed timelines.
• Maintain and update periodic cash‑flow reports.
• Oversee payroll processing, remuneration reporting and related compliance.
• Monitor receivables and implement effective collection procedures.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing finance and procurement operations.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting and cash‑flow management.
• Ability to work with auditors and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills to support management decisions.
