Finance Manager

About the role

Al Raya Group, a fast‑growing real estate and hospitality company, is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead its accounting and finance function across the organization. This senior position will drive financial planning, reporting, compliance and strategic decision‑making while supervising a team of accountants.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the accounting and finance function for the entire group.
• Own monthly, quarterly and annual closing processes and prepare IFRS‑compliant financial statements.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash‑flow management and financial planning.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, UAE tax regulations, VAT and corporate tax requirements.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks and government authorities.
• Implement and maintain robust financial controls and reporting processes.
• Provide financial analysis, investment appraisal and strategic recommendations to senior management.
• Identify financial risks and develop mitigation strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of finance and accounting experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Native‑level fluency in Arabic and professional proficiency in English.
• Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA or CA are an advantage.

• Strong knowledge of IFRS.
• Expertise in UAE tax regulations, VAT and corporate tax.
