Finance Manager

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented and strategic Finance Manager to lead our financial operations, reporting, budgeting and compliance. The role will support strategic decisions with data‑driven insights and ensure robust financial controls.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly financial reports.
• Develop and manage budgeting process and forecasts.
• Monitor performance, analyse variances and recommend improvements.
• Ensure compliance with tax laws and internal policies.
• Lead audits and liaise with external auditors and tax advisors.
• Manage cash flow, working capital and banking relationships.
• Evaluate investment opportunities, financial risks and cost‑control strategies.
• Implement financial controls and streamline accounting processes.
• Supervise the finance team to ensure accuracy and timely reporting.
• Support strategic decisions through financial modelling and business cases.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field and CPA/CMA certification.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations and reporting standards.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with Zoho financial software.
• Experience with QuickBooks.
